I've lived here in the Northwoods 
    for over 33 years 
        without a garage. 
Constantly fighting the 
    rain, 
        cold, 
            snow, 
                and bugs. 
All those decades working on 
    mowers, 
        cars, 
            chainsaws, 
                projects, 
                    and bicycles . . . 
all without that sacred sanctuary for guys: 
          the GARAGE.
I told our son, Techno-Boy, 
   about my dream 
        of a two-car 
            sanctuary.  
He gave me this picture.  
I guess he means well.  
I might let him sleep inside tonight. 
   Maybe. 
Of course, he could always sleep in the garage . . .
    if I had one.
