It's the culmination of the favorite Sunday denomination in 'Merica - the NFL. And its annual convention,
the Super Bowl.
(It wasn't an official Super Bowl, of course. No Packers. But it was definitely a shindig.)
Here are a few of the living room observations mentioned over chili, snacks, pop, and coffee:
Left God in the Pledge of Allegiance. Refreshing.
Definitely OK with that.
Liked the reading of the Declaration - which was made an official reading by Clay and Aaron in the Train Museum.
Pretty classy musical start. America the Beautiful and the National Anthem.
Two different styles but both sung with class and respect.

The commercials - we give a class average of about a C+.

Some "Huh?-3 mil for that?!"
Liked the gold jackets and the dance moves of Bruno and the Guys.
Couldn't understand the words which probably helped.
The old semi-naked dudes need to find steady work - and some class. And maybe some Ritalin.
